Shannon Sullivan Field has 20+ years of experience in tech including digital health, mobile apps, and marketplaces, at both big consumer brands (Disney, Pinterest, Trulia, Gap) and early-stage startups (social games, fintech, digital health).
Prior to founding Soshe, Shannon was the first Head of Product and Marketing a Virta Health, an online diabetes reversal clinic with paradigm-shifting clinical trial results. She was the General Manager (GM) for Trulia's rentals business, the highest growth segment for Trulia, where she managed product, engineering, marketing, and analytics through Trulia's acquisition by Zillow. Prior to Trulia, Shannon worked to improve the international user experience at Pinterest, when international growth was the top pre-IPO priority for Pinterest. She also worked at McKinsey's San Francisco office, at Genentech, and at Gap Inc (leadership development program). Shannon's first product manager role was during the first dot com boom with an online services marketplace (think Thumbtack 10+ years too early).
Shannon has an MBA and MA Ed. from Stanford and a B.S. in Psychology (Cognition and Neuroscience) from Duke.
